Payday 3 Teaser Confirms Gameplay Trailer Coming This Summer
Publisher Prime Matter and developer Starbreeze Studios have unveiled another mysterious teaser for Payday 3. It confirms that a Payday 3 gameplay trailer will arrive sometime in summer 2023.
The teaser is very short at only 20 seconds long, showing a dark figure sitting in an even darker room as he says, “All right, guys, it’s a simple job.” No other information was revealed.
Payday 3 was originally announced back in 2020, while Payday 2 was launched in 2013. The franchise is an action-packed, four-player co-op shooter that lets players go on epic crime sprees. Players are free to choose anything from small-time convenience store hits or kidnappings, to big league cyber-crime or emptying out major bank vaults. Up to four friends co-operate on the hits, and as the crew progresses the jobs become bigger, better and more rewarding. Along with earning more money and becoming a legendary criminal comes a character customization and crafting system that lets crews build and customize their own guns and gear.
Payday 3 is slated to launch for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC sometime in 2023.
