Tekken 8 Announces Hwoarang & His Awesome Kicks

Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Tekken 8, now bringing in series veteran and taekwando expert Hwoarang.

Hwoarang made his debut in Tekken 3 as Jin’s rival, and has been in odds with him since then. In Tekken 8, he sports his master’s gi (Baek from Tekken 2) and has a more laid-back attitude, less into getting in fights as compared to his past behaviour. He still has his sweet bike though.

Hopefully his pirate getup from Tekken 7 is available as an extra costume. Otherwise, he still has his patented chain kick and moves, along with Heat skills to add more follow-ups and side-switching properties to his already-crazy arsenal of taekwondo moves.
