Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Producer Teases Potential Release Date Coming Soon

It’s been a while since we’ve received an update on Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, but producer Yoshinori Kitase has finally given an official one for the project.

According to Kitase (via Twitter), development on Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is “progressing smoothly and according to plan” and they “are currently working on nailing down a release date for the game”.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth AKA Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 2 is coming exclusively to PS5 sometime in winter 2023.

This will be the second game of a planned trilogy. It was originally announced back in June 2022.
