Obsidian Showcases Avowed Gameplay, Launching In 2024

During the Xbox Games Showcase, Obsidian Entertainment unveiled the first look at gameplay footage from their upcoming fantasy RPG, Avowed. The game was originally announced back in 2020.

Explore the Living Lands, a mysterious island filled with adventure and danger. As an envoy of Aedyr, you are sent to investigate rumors of a spreading plague with a secret that threatens to destroy everything. Can you save the island and your soul from the forces threatening to tear them apart?

Avowed will launch for the Xbox Series X/S, Xbox Game Pass and PC sometime in 2024. Obsidian is best known for games like Fallout New Vegas and The Outer Worlds.
