Sonic Co-Creator Yuji Naka Sentenced To More Than Two Years Of Prison

Sonic co-creator Yuji Naka has been sentenced to prison for insider trading. He pleaded guilty in March 2023 and has now been sentenced to serve two and a half years in jail.

According to Japanese site Abema Times, the final judgement is expected to fall on 7 July 2023.

Yuji Naka was originally first arrested back in November 2022 due to alleged insider trading at Square Enix.
