Ex-Blizzard Lead Chris Metzen Is Back As Warcraft’s Executive Creative Director
A former Blizzard lead game designer and loremaster is now promoted to a higher position.
Chris Metzen, Warcraft game designer, artist, and author for the series under Blizzard, is promoted from creative advisor in 2022 to Warcraft’s creative director just recently. He will be in charge of setting the World of Warcraft game and story direction in the form of future expansions and DLC.
