Activision Blizzard To Add Its Games Onto Game Pass Next Year

Following the recent acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft, which should be official by this week, the former has something to say about its games being on Game Pass.

Will titles like Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2 be on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass? Yes they will, as Activision Blizzard confirmed that it is bringing its titles to the subscription service in 2024. Here’s the official announcement:

“As we continue to work toward regulatory approval of the Microsoft deal, we’ve been getting some questions whether our upcoming and recently launched games will be available via Game Pass.

While we do not have plans to put Modern Warfare III or Diablo IV into Game Pass this year, once the deal closes, we expect to start working with Xbox to bring our titles to more players around the world.

And we anticipate that we would begin adding games into Game Pass sometime in the course of next year.”

In other news, the next Activision Blizzard game is Modern Warfare 3, a new upcoming first-person shooter featuring modern combat. It’s being made by Sledgehammer in collaboration with Infinite Ward.
