Offstage’s 64-Player Tournament Has Been Revealed To Be Smash Fiesta 2023
Offstage has announced that Smash Fiesta, Malaysia’s biggest Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament is returning after a four-year hiatus.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Offstage was going to be holding a 64-player Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (SSBU) tournament sometime in December. What we didn’t know is that it was going to be the return of Smash Fiesta which has seen a four-year absence with the last being in 2019.
Back in 2019, Smash Fiesta’s conclusion saw Saudi Arabian player moom take first place, followed by local Malaysian player, Marcane.

In the latest announcement, it was also unveiled that there will be a RM2,000 prize pool with the first receiving RM750, the second receiving RM500, and the third RM250. The event, which will also be organized by Malaysia fighting game group Infinite Carnage, will be taking place on 23 and 24 December at Comic Fiesta 2023. The actual hallway will be announced later.
