Publisher and developer INTI CREATES of the highly anticipated 2D Metroidvania game, Yohane the Parhelion BLAZE In The DEEPBLUE, has some exciting news for fans. Pre-orders for the game on Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series are now available today, 2 November 2023.

To make things even more enticing, INTI CREATES is offering a special promotion for early pre-orders. Players who pre-order the game between now and November 16, 2023, will receive a generous 10% discount. Now is the perfect time to place your order! Whereas for Steam, instead of a pre-order, the game will be released with a 1-week 10% off launch sale.

Along with that, an extensive demo is now available on Nintendo Switch and Steam. The demo will allow players to explore three early areas of the game: Sunken Temple, Grotto, and Ruins. It will also feature the Cast system, which players can use to craft equipment and search for powerful bosses and treasure. By defeating monsters and collecting Musical Scores, players can unlock Yohane’s power-up mode, where she sings her latest song, “Deep Blue”, before the game’s official launch. It’s important to note that the demo version has some adjusted areas on the map, and players will not be able to carry their save progress to the full game.

In this game, players take on the role of Yohane as she embarks on an adventure into a mysterious dungeon accompanied by her partner Lailaps. Yohane’s objective is to save her missing friends by braving a labyrinth filled with dangerous monsters. As she progresses, Yohane will gather various items and utilize them to create new equipment. Additionally, she will acquire her allies’ abilities, enabling her to delve deeper into the dungeon. Certain sections of the dungeon will feature randomized layouts, creating a dynamic hack-and-slash-action experience that remains engaging with each playthrough.
