Diablo 4 Endgame Grind Gets A Boost To Prep You For New Dungeons
Blizzard will drop a new Diablo 4 patch next week, which not only adds a new endgame seasonal event but also speed up the process of getting there.
Diablo 4’s upcoming patch 1.2.3 will add the Abbatoir of Zir event that will be so hard and challenging, seasoned players may not be able to finish its last tier. At the same time during a recent Diablo 4 livestream, Blizzard will make it easier to improve your character in the same patch.
The new patch will bump up the speed of leveling up your Glyphs in the Paragon board. For those who don’t know, you stop getting skill points past Level 50 onward and instead gain Paragon Points for the board. As you draw lines with the points, you unlock sockets where you can put Glyphs in. These come in various flavours and target specific stats like Vulnerable damage or Imbuement bonuses for your Rogue depending on your Dexterity buffs on the board.
To level these Glyphs up, you have to complete Nightmare Dungeons to gain Glyph XP for you to use. Right now, this is dished out slowly, but patch 1.2.3 will speed this process up. For example, Nightmare Dungeons from tier 75 will dish out 239XP instead of the current 156XP. And you’ll need these Glyphs maxed out for the Abbatoir challenge.
Diablo 4’s upcoming patch 1.2.3 will go live on 5 December. Here are the patch notes:
