Bandai Namco has released the latest Tekken 8 gameplay trailer showing the playable character Lee Chaolan in action. The two-minute video showcases Lee’s smug personality and his manipulative style of play, especially evident when he shouts, “Marvelous!”.

In terms of his fighting style, Lee described it as “Martial Arts,” suggesting the use of hybridized techniques derived from various fighting styles combined into one. This fusion of techniques is evident in his attack movements and motions, which are influenced by JKD, taekwondo, boxing, and savate techniques.

On top of that, Lee has designed a battle suit for close-range combat, known as the Violet Suit. This suit not only serves a practical purpose but also exemplifies Lee’s unique aesthetic. Enhancing his fighting capabilities, the Violet Suit incorporates cutting-edge technologies that make it a formidable trump card against the enemy’s impenetrable armour.
