Ys X: Nordics Will Be Out In English In The Second Half Of 2024

Falcom has finally announced the English version of its next action RPG title in the long-running Ys series.

Ys X: Nordics, the latest action RPG that is already out in Japan, will make its English language (and voice-over) debut in Fall 2024 for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. To recap, the action RPG lets you play as both main character Adol and newcomer Karja, a Norman pirate, as they work together to determine the fate of Obelia. Chronologically, the game takes place a month after Ys II.

Gameplay-wise, the game features the Cross Action system where you can swap between Adol and Karja independently or have them fight and move together. Other features include using Mana abilities to gain new traversal abilities, and sailing/naval battles. Check out the new English trailer below.
