Survival Horror Crow Country is Coming to Xbox Series in May
By Ali'sha Harris|April 17, 2024|0 Comment
SFB Games has recently announced that the upcoming retro survival horror game, Crow Country, will be arriving on the Xbox Series X/S platform at the beginning of next month. This news comes in addition to the previously announced plan for PlayStation 5 and PC.
Drawing inspiration from the classics that defined the PlayStation 1 era, such as Resident Evil and Silent Hill, Crow Country places players in the shoes of Mara Forest, a mysterious woman. As Mara, players embark on a journey to unravel the secrets of an abandoned theme park called Crow Country. The park, known for its eerie atmosphere, has been closed for two years, following the disappearance of its enigmatic owner, Edward Crow.
The primary objective of Crow Country is to uncover the truth behind Edward Crow’s disappearance and shed light on the rumours surrounding him. Players will have to determine if these speculations are indeed true and uncover the true nature of Mara Forest. Crow Country also delves into themes of unforgivable sins and reckless human greed, further enhancing the narrative and the overall gaming experience.
Players must confront the formidable creatures that lurk in the shadows within the eerily serene surroundings of this abandoned amusement park. However, this is only the beginning of their perilous journey. Crow Country conceals a multitude of secrets behind sealed gates, and players must navigate a gauntlet of puzzles and challenges that stand between Mara and unravel the terrifying truth that awaits her.
Crow Country is scheduled to launch on Xbox Series X/S on 9 May 2024, alongside the previously announced PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. You can try out the demo of the game.
