Unending Dawn Set to Bring Open-World Action to PlayStation 5

Parcaes Fate Studio released a new 7-minute gameplay trailer for their upcoming open-world action game, Unending Dawn. This highly anticipated title is confirmed to be released for PlayStation 5, alongside the previously announced iOS and Android.

Based on the gameplay trailer called The Flame of Faith, Everlasting, it is evident that the game takes inspiration from several popular franchises. It draws its world design from FromSoftware’s critically acclaimed title, Elden Ring, while incorporating the visual character aesthetics of the free-to-play sensation, Genshin Impact. Additionally, the game’s combat system heavily borrows from the renowned Soulslike mechanics of FromSoftware’s Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

Unending Dawn’s use of Unreal Engine 5 sets it apart, allowing for a visually stunning experience. The combat mechanics heavily draw inspiration from Sekiro, allowing players to skillfully parry enemy attacks and break the poise of their enemies, resulting in powerful finishers to enemies and formidable bosses.
