A New Batman Arkham Game Is Coming Later This Year But It’s Not What You Think

Oculus Studios and Camouflaj have announced Batman Arkham Shadow for Meta Quest 3. It will launch in late 2024.

Camouflaj is probably previously best known for Marvel’s Iron Man VR.

The official description reads:

“Gotham City is in danger. And you’re the only one who can save it.”

More details and information will be announced at the Summer Game Fest 2024 Showcase on 8 June 2024 at 5AM GMT+8.

It seems like companies and execs truly don’t understand or know what fans want; it’s definitely not another Batman Arkham VR game. Plus, it will be exclusive to Meta Quest 3, which is another barrier for fans of the franchise.

Disappointing news, really, especially after the failures that were Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League, one would think that some people would learn from their mistakes.
