Take-Two Narrows GTA 6 Release Window To Fall 2025

During an interview with IGN, Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick confirmed that GTA 6 AKA GTA VI will launch in fall 2025. For those outside of the US, the fall season is typically between September to December.

If we wanted to speculate, it is likely that GTA 6 will be released during the holiday season in 2025, which normally translates to November or December.

Zelnick said:

“We do feel highly confident that we’ll deliver [Grand Theft Auto VI] in fall of 2025.”

Rockstar Games officially revealed GTA in December 2023, with the trailer becoming the most-viewed video game reveal on YouTube within 24 hours. Set in modern-day Leonida, a fictionalized version of Florida, players will control Lucia and an unnamed male that some fans speculate is named Jason.

GTA 6 is slated to launch for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC sometime in fall 2025.
