Visual Novel Slay The Princess Gets Pristine Cut Edition; Out Later This Year

Last year’s Slay The Princess was a surprise indie hit. It was a well-made horror & psychological visual novel with a meta-narrative about choices and consequences revolving around the title premise (and its inverse effect), courtesy of horror story makers Black Tabby Games. And now it’s getting a director’s cut with extra content.

Black Tabby Games and its publisher Serenity Forge just announced Slay The Princess: The Pristine Cut which adds the following:

Three brand-new chapters.
Never before seen princesses.
Expansions to familiar routes.
An entirely new ending.
A gallery to relive your memories, triumphs and untimely deaths throughout Slay the Princess’ many encounters.
Over 1,200 new frames, hand-illustrated by Abby Howard.
Over 2,500 new lines of dialogue fully voiced by Jonathan Sims and Nichole Goodnight.

The new edition of the game (also available for consoles for the first time) will be sold in two editions: standard and collector’s edition. Both of them are physical copies and contain the following:
