Disney Epic Mickey Rebrushed Gets New Gameplay Trailer

THQ Nordic and Purple Lamp Studios have revealed an exciting new trailer for their upcoming 3D platformer Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed ahead of its release next month.

The trailer begins with Mickey being thrust into the Wasteland, created by the sorcerer Yen Sid for “forgotten things.” Players will control the titular protagonist and the magic brush to change the fate of the Wasteland to restore harmony. Players can anticipate platforming challenges inspired by animated films and shorts.

Pre-orders are now available digitally, offering 24 hours of early access alongside the Costume Pack DLC, which comes with the Steamboat Willie, Brave Little Tailor, and Football outfits. This costume pack will be purchasable separately for the price of $4.99/ approximately RM22.10.

This remake will add fresh content, particularly new movement skills, like dash, ground pound, and sprinting. Throughout Mickey’s quest, he will meet other iconic Disney characters and travel between realms.

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed will launch for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam on 24 September 2024.
