Mafia The Old Country Game Announced, Set In 1900s Italy

During Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024, 2K and Hangar 13 officially announced Mafia The Old Country. It is the first new entry in the open-world franchise since 2016’s Mafia 3.

Uncover the origins of organized crime in Mafia: The Old Country, a gritty mob story set in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily. Fight to survive in this dangerous and unforgiving era, with action brought to life by the authentic realism and rich storytelling that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for.

It looks like some of the leaks in 2022 were correct.

Mafia The Old Country is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC slated for launch sometime in 2025. More information will be revealed about the game in December 2024.
