The State Of Fighting Games In 2024

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’m the guy who covers and talks about all things fighting games. Whether it’s good old-fashioned 1-on-1 fisticuffs at the streets, or 2v2/3v3 superheroic nonsense, I just love talking about them and going in-depth with the genre aspects: lore, competitive bits, gameplay, history, what-have-you.

So how is the genre faring in 2024? Well, I decided to bring in Nmia Gaming’s English correspondent and fighting game nut Wamirul to talk with me on a few choice topics in fighting games. We have two videos out at the moment, with a couple more and the full video podcast on the way; these things take time to edit as I’m also reviewing a couple of titles too.
