INTI CREATES’ April’s Fool Joke Game Is A Reality; Coming Out This November

Earlier this 1st April, Inti Creates made a joke trailer with real joke gameplay for its anime-inspired action-adventure title Divine Dynamo Flamefrit. A month or so after that, Inti Creates pulled a stunt similar to Yakuza: Like A Dragon (also a former April’s Fool joke game that became a reality); Divine Dynamo Flamefrit is a real game.

And now, the upcoming game has a release date! Divine Dynamo Flamefrit will be out on 21st November for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. As a bonus for PC players, they get the game a week early on 14th November.

For those who just heard about this latest game from Inti Creates, Divine Dynamo Flamefrit is a top-down action adventure title in the veins of the classic Legend of Zelda titles, but also comes with a first-person mecha-action game at times when your 90s anime protagonist powers up. In fact, this whole game is a tribute to that bygone era when anime was at its prime.
