Koei Tecmo’s Dynasty Warriors: Origin Demo Release Soon
By Ali'sha Harris|November 19, 2024|0 Comment
Koei Tecmo and Omega Force are set to release an exciting free demo for their upcoming Musou action game, Dynasty Warriors: Origins, on 22 November. This demo, based on the enhanced build showcased at Tokyo Game Show 2024, will feature several adjustments aimed at delivering an even more engaging experience for players.
In this demo, players will immerse themselves in the Battle of Sishui Gate, a thrilling showdown that has been fine-tuned to introduce new challenges that were not present during the TGS exhibition. Notably, this time around, there is no time limit cap for the demo.
Players can choose from four distinct weapon types: Sword, Guandao, Pudao, and Wheels. Customization options abound, enabling players to tailor their arts, gems, and accessories according to their playstyle. Additionally, unlike the previous demo version, players have the freedom to select their desired difficulty level, helping them to better manage encounters with formidable foes like Lu Bu.
Both the full version of Dynasty Warriors: Origins and the demo will be PS5 Pro Enhanced, meaning they will support PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution and incorporate features that enhance resolution and frame rate, offering a visually stunning experience on the platform.
Pre-orders for Dynasty Warriors: Origins will also commence on 22 November, with early buyers receiving an exclusive Nameless Warrior Garb – a unique crossover costume inspired by Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
To further entice fans, the team has released a gameplay trailer. In this video, producer Tomohiko Sho highlights the game’s exhilarating combat mechanics, rich storytelling, exploration elements, and character growth systems—providing a glimpse into the adventure that awaits players.
Dynasty Warriors: Origins releases on 17 January 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
