Shovel Knight Live Orchestra Concert Announced, But…

Yacht Club Games has announced a live orchestra concert performance featuring the awesome music of 2D platformer Shovel Knight.

The concert is called Shovel Knight Live: Steel Thy Concert! and is an epic celebration of the game’s 10-year tenure using live and orchestra renditions of its chiptune music.

“Our live orchestral and rock ensemble will take you on an adventure through the game’s melodies and themes, with vibrant arrangements by the Grammy award winning artist Charlie Rosen and Shovel Knight’s irrepressible composer Jake Kaufman, with HD gameplay footage shown on screen.”

The bad news? You have to catch it in the USA as there are no plans to watch a livestream of this show from other parts of the world. Still, if you’re interested, you can buy tickets for the Los Angeles and New York showings. If you are living in the country, here are the details:
