Age Of Empires & Age Of Mythology Are Coming To The PS5

Xbox Game Studios and developers Forgotten Empires, Tantalus Media, and Wicked Witch have announced that they will release Age Of Empires II Definitive Edition for PS5 sometime this spring alongside a new DLC expansion.

Age Of Empires II Definitive Edition was originally launched for PC via Steam and Microsoft Store on November 14, 2019, followed by Xbox Series and Xbox One on January 31, 2023.

In addition, they also announced that they will release Age Of Mythology Retold for PS5 on 4 March 2025 alongside the DLC expansion Immortal Pillars.

Age Of Mythology Retold was originally launched for Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store on September 4, 2024. It is also available via Game Pass. All game updates from March 4 onwards will launch simultaneously across all platforms, and users will be able to play together.
