Atelia Ryza 2 Sales Top 360,000 Copies

Koei Tecmo has a lot to celebrate right now. Its major JRPG title, Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & The Secret Fairy has surpassed its predicted sales numbers worldwide.

The JRPG has shipped and sold 360,000 units all across the world. That’s quite a bit given how niche the Atelier series is, and how much a copy costs in Southeast Asia. Last we heard, the game shipped 150,000 units starting 9th December of last year. The game came out in Japan on that date.

On a related note, Koei Tecmo’s work on Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, a Musou game from the devs farmed out by Nintendo, shipped sold beyond 3.7 million units worldwide. This IS a Zelda game we’re talking about.
