[Rumour] Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Next DLC Will Be Its Biggest

Ubisoft may not be done with the latest Assassin’s Creed title.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is getting new DLC and will be bigger than the previous two DLCs. According to a Chinese web store leak (via Reddit), the DLC will be called Dawn of Ragnarok and will be out on 10 March 2022. It will take place within the Nine Realms of Norse Cosmology.

The DLC will introduce a range of new abilities and weapons for our hero/heroine Eivor, which includes invisibility, crow metamorphosis, teleportation arrows, a chainmail-piercing spear, ice powers, and the power to revive enemies to your side. Here’s the supposed DLC description:

“The world of mythology, shouldering the urgent task of saving children, unleashing the brand-new supernatural power of the thunderbolt. After this shocking Viking legend, save your own flesh and blood before the gods are swallowed by the catastrophe.”

This reveal may be planned for 13th December, which is when Ubisoft will have its special livestream. AC Valhalla will be receiving a second year of expansions for 2022, so this rumour may be concrete.
