Kaiju Beat-Em-Up Dawn Of The Monsters Will Be Out This March

2022 looks like a good day to be a kaiju and tokusatsu fan, with titles like GigaBash and this newsworthy one on the horizon.

WayForward and 13AM Games announced the release date of its upcoming 2D beat-em-up title Dawn of the Monsters: March 2022. It’ll be out for PC, Xbox Series, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch. The game features two-player local co-op, 35+ missions, and four gargantuan guardians to choose from: Megadon, Ganira, Aegis Prime, and Tempest Galahad. The later two are humanoid and mecha respectively.

The game features artwork and aesthetics from renowned kaiju designers and artists like Shinji Nishikawa (Godzilla, SSSS.Gridman), Matt Frank (Godzilla from IDW), Yuji Kaida, Zander Cannon, EJ Su, Kim Jacinto, DJ Crumrine, Zedd, Robo7, Caroline “Luka” Bromley, Ninsai Kato, and Powerhouse Animation. This is definitely an all-star cast!
