Top Gun Maverick Has Landed At Pavilion KL

To celebrate Top Gun Maverick releasing in Malaysian cinemas this 26 May 2022, United International Pictures Malaysia (UIP) will be showcasing a Top Gun Maverick 3D Anamorphic Display at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The 30-second custom 3D animation will be displayed for 2-weeks only, starting from today to 5 June 2022.

Malaysia will be among the ten countries going live with this initiative including Australia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, UK, and US. This initiative is the first for UIP Malaysia (United International Pictures Malaysia), with many more to come. The synopsis reads:

After more than thirty years of service as one of the Navy’s top aviators, Pete “Maverick” Mitchell (Tom Cruise) is where he belongs, pushing the envelope as a courageous test pilot and dodging the advancement in rank that would ground him. When he finds himself training a detachment of TOPGUN graduates for a specialized mission the likes of which no living pilot has ever seen, Maverick encounters Lt. Bradley Bradshaw (Miles Teller), call sign: “Rooster,” the son of Maverick’s late friend and Radar Intercept Officer Lt. Nick Bradshaw, aka “Goose.”
