Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., in cooperation with Shueisha Inc., Toei Animation Co., Ltd., and Toei Company, Ltd., have announced that they will be holding the One Piece Day livestream event across two days from 22 July to 23 July 2022. This broadcast will be streamed for fans worldwide and will cover all things One Piece, including the manga, anime, movies, music, games, goods, and more.

Day 1 (22 July 2022 at 4.50pm GMT+8), which coincides with One Piece’s anniversary, will feature a portion of the world premiere event of One Piece Film Red (official release on 6 August 2022) at the Nippon Budokan in Japan via livestream.

Day 2 (23 July 2022 at 9am GMT+8) will be packed full of content celebrating the 25th anniversary of One Piece (since first being published in 1997 in Shueisha’s “Weekly Shonen Jump” No. 34) for fans from all around the world to enjoy. Brand-new and exciting information will also be unveiled.

There will be a live performance by Hiroshi Kitadani, never-before-seen insider content about the production of One Piece figures, a showing of the rare “One Piece – Take Down! The Pirate Ganzak!”, which was directed by Gor? Taniguchi, the director for the upcoming theatrical release “ONE PIECE FILM: RED”, and more.

Viewers and past quiz champions will also compete with our guests to see whose One Piece knowledge is greater, and there will even be exciting matches in ONE PIECE Bounty Rush with some special guests.
