Xbox Game Pass Starts January 2023 With Top JRPG Titles

Microsoft kicks off the new year by introducing its latest batch of games coming to the Xbox Game Pass catalogue and announcing titles that will be removed on 15 January 2023.

Atlus fans hit the jackpot this month with Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden headlining as the first batch of Game Pass January release. Players will be able to explore the classic RPG series on Xbox consoles, cloud gaming, and PC on 19 January 2023.

On 20 January, these games will be joined by Capcom’s Monster Hunter Rise, where players get to hunt and battle fearsome monsters, craft a variety of gears, and defend the realm from ultimate chaos.

Titles that are currently available to play are Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition and Stranded Deep on Xbox consoles, cloud gaming, and PC. Not to forget Valheim: Mistlands Biome Update exclusive via PC.

Six games will be leaving Xbox and PC Games Pass, so you have until 15 January to play:

  • Windjammers 2 (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • We Happy Few (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • The Anacrusis (Game Preview) (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Pupperazzi (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Nobody Saves The World (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc (Cloud, Console, and PC)

Are you excited about this first lineup? Stay tuned for more updates!
