Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising Reveals More Anila Gameplay & Sheep Projectiles

Cygames and Arc System Works just revealed more gameplay of its new Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising character Anila, the Queen of Sheep.

Anila is an all-rounder who fights using a pole-arm and divine sheep. Her sheep can be used as projectiles, though she can charge while riding atop of one (for armor property forward-moving attacks) and even jump atop of one for a short surprise hop to continue her attacks.

Her Skybound Arts super attacks include planting a bamboo ornament that fires magic sheep projectiles, and summoning an army of sheep with horns to lay waste on her opponents. It’s both comical, cute, and bouncy! She may be a character meant for all skill levels given her good footsie tools, her sheep projectiles, and her many ways of getting within range with said rams and ewes.
