IO Esports & Epulze Join Forces To Bring Dota 2’s Bali Major To Life In July

The world of esports is gearing up for an exciting event as IO Esports and Epulze have joined forces to bring Dota 2 fans the Bali Major tournament. This event will be the final Major of the year, and it’s an excellent opportunity for aspiring teams to prove their worth and secure a spot at The International 2023.

The playoffs will take place from 7–9 July at AYANA Estate, which is located in Bali, one of the world’s most coveted tourist destinations. Fans and competitors alike will have the chance to enjoy the beautiful beaches and delicious local food while watching the world’s best DOTA 2 teams compete.

If you’re a Dota 2 fan, be sure to follow IO Esports and Epulze on social media to stay up-to-date with important information such as ticketing details, match schedules, and broadcasting platforms. Eighteen teams from around the world will compete for a share of the US$500,000 prize pool and Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) points.

Sukro, Acer, and DXRacer are among the partners for the tournament, with Sukro showing their excitement to engage with Dota 2 fans from Indonesia and around the world. Kenchi Yap, CEO of IO Esports, is thrilled about the event, stating that the Bali Major is a massive event for all Dota 2 fans, especially those living in Indonesia.

Epulze’s Co-Founder, Pontus Lövgren, expressed his pleasure at being part of this big step forward for the Dota 2 competitive scene, emphasizing that healthy competition is what makes every player and fan fall in love with esports.

As the official venue for the tournament, AYANA Estate is excited to showcase its state-of-the-art facilities to fans. The resort offers 14 swimming pools, a secluded beach, 26 dining destinations, and activities that showcase Balinese culture and traditions. Giordano Faggioli, General Manager at AYANA Estate, is confident that every Dota 2 fan will leave the Bali Major with a special memory.
