Both Paper Rex and NRG had reached the semi-finals by defeating EDward Gaming and Team Liquid, respectively, in thrilling 2-1 battles. The first game on the Pearl map witnessed a neck-and-neck struggle between the teams. NRG gained a slight advantage, leading 7-5 at halftime. However, Paper Rex refused to back down and relentlessly pursued victory. The score reached a tense 12-12, forcing the match into overtime. Eventually, Paper Rex turned the tide and emerged triumphant with a final score of 15-13.

In the second map, Lotus NRG, determined to bounce back from their previous loss, regained their footing and took control of the game. They dominated the first half, leading 10-2. Although Paper Rex made valiant efforts to rally, NRG maintained their momentum and closed out the game with a score of 13-6.

The decisive map, Bind, saw both teams fiercely battling for supremacy. NRG held a narrow lead of 7-5 at halftime, but their performance was slightly superior. With a final score of 13-11, NRG claimed victory in that round.

Ultimately, Paper Rex emerged triumphant with a 2-1 overall victory against NRG, securing their place in the Lower Bracket Finals. On 24 June at 11:00 AM (UTC+8), they will face Evil Geniuses in what promises to be another thrilling encounter.
