The Studio Behind Your Name Is Coming To Animangaki 2023

The Animangaki organizers have announced that Comix Wave Films, the studio that produces the animation for Makoto Shinkai animated movies such as Your Name and Weathering With You, will be attending Animangaki 2023. This is notable for being their first international convention appearance.

According to the Facebook post, Anime fans rejoice! Comix Wave Films will host panel sessions with their talent and there will also be a screening of The Garden Of Words movie, as well as official merchandise from them available at the event.

The Animangaki 2023 convention will take place from 25 to 27 August 2023 at The Mines International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC) in Selangor, Malaysia.
