Brooklyn Nine-Nine Star Andre Braugher Passes Away At 61

Andre Braugher has died at the age of 61. According to a report by Deadline, he passed away on Monday after a brief illness.

The late veteran actor had decades of acting experience, with an extensive filmography across movies and TV shows. However, he was probably best known for starring as the stoic and likeable Captain Raymond Holt on the hit sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine from 2013 to 2021. He also starred in movies like She Said, Poseidon, Fantastic Four Rise Of The Silver Surfer, as well as even voiced iconic DC villain Darkseid in Superman/Batman Apocalypse.

Future rewatches of Brooklyn Nine-Nine will never be the same again. He will be missed.
