Last Epoch: Sentinel Paladin Levelling Guide
Last Epoch is an ARPG that has recently released and features high fantasy, time-travelling, a ton of classes you can customize, and a hearty endgame. Known as the baby of a Diablo and Path of Exile game, Last Epoch can get very overwhelming for new players. This guide is specifically for the Sentinel Paladin class during the levelling stage.
OVERVIEW

The paladin is your usual holy sentinel and here he’ll be able to tank some trucks while doing a ton of damage. He will be in melee range a lot of times, but thankfully has a lot of recovery skills to keep him up. His skills provide huge AoE and DPS and also can achieve amazing burst damage against bosses.
Take note that when using this guide, always make sure you maintain at most a 5 level difference within the area. When collecting loot, keep gear with high-value affixes in your stash and sell the rest. You can use these later or destroy them with a Rune of Shattering or a Rune of Removal.
EARLY GAME
Before you unlock your mastery, this is what you will be using. Use this setup until you have 5 points in Javelin.
- Rive is your single target and clearing ability. It will summon Summon Forged Weapon that scale with your weapon stats.
- You will use Lunge to move quickly through the chapters.
FINAL SETUP
You need to farm Exiled Mages for a chance at getting Gloves with Experimental Ward per Missing Health. This enables Healing Hands to generate Ward and boost your defense massively.
- Use Javelin in front of you so monsters can walk on Holy Trail and die as you move forward.
- Use Vengeance when Javelin is on cooldown or if you are low on Mana.
- Use Volatile Reversal and Holy Aura to boost your damage. For Volatile Reversal you will need to be close to enemies.
- Use Shield Rush to move quickly through the chapters.

LOOT FILTER
You’ll find that people will often use Loot Filters in Last Epoch as it just makes looting easier. This helps you highlight everything you need while progressing. Just remember to hide rules you no longer need as you improve your gear.
Use this Loot Filter while levelling.
SUMMARY
The reason why this build is the best for levelling is because the Paladin has great offensive as well as recovery capabilities. You can kill bosses very easily and make yourself immortal, which makes this one of the easiest mastery to play during the campaign.
