Dreamy Rhythm Game Melatonin Is Headed To PlayStation Console
Publisher and developer Half Asleep has finally confirmed the arrival date of its acclaimed rhythm game, Melatonin to PlayStation 5. The game is heavily influenced by the remarkable Rhythm Heaven series, which is compelling and is sure to attract players.

Melatonin stands apart from other rhythm games by seamlessly blending dreams with reality, offering players a unique gaming experience. The game invites players to harmonize through different levels that not only challenge but also captivate with beautifully hand-drawn art and engaging music. One of the key features that sets Melatonin apart is the absence of intimidating overlays or interfaces, creating a more immersive experience that allows players to lose themselves in the game’s dreamlike world.

In December 2022, Melatonin made its debut on the PC platform via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Not long after, a version for the Nintendo Switch was released. With its hand-drawn art style, Melatonin showcases a visually stunning world, adorned with vibrant colours and intricate details. Moreover, the music is crafted for the likes of Lo-Fi to blend seamlessly with the gameplay and visuals, creating a chill experience. As you progress through the game, you will gradually uncover fragments of the protagonist’s life, diving deeper into their dreams each night.
Melatonin is scheduled for release on 12 March 2024 for the PS5.
