Slay the Spire 2 Announced

Slay the Spire enjoyers, we’re getting a 2nd one, LET’S GO! Slay The Spire is a roguelike deck-builder released back in 2019. The Triple-I Initiative showcase started big making the Slay the Spire announcement with a cinematic even announcing Early Access happening in EARLY 2025. The cinematic doesn’t reveal much but hey, just the fact that a 2nd Slay the Spire was announced is great enough.

Players who are fond of the first game will recognize characters, the Watcher and the Defect on a quest. A third character is seen holding a scythe looking very reaper-like seems to be with them. The game is set to take place 1000 years after the first game, and will feature new cards, mechanics and characters. The developers mentioned that the entire game was built from the ground up with new visuals, a new engine as well as improved modability for the players.
