Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising Adds Versusia, Vikala, & Sandalphon To Roster

Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising, the 2D anime fighting game from Cygames and Arc System Works, will be wrapping up its Season 1 DLC and getting a new Season 2 DLC as well.

Following the conclusion of EVO 2024’s Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising’s top 6 tournament, Cygames revealed new gameplay of its upcoming character Versusia and a 1.50 patch that follows. The patch will add new story episodes, a new stage, balance adjustments for the entire roster, and new online features.

Versusia and patch 1.50 will be out on 20th August for PC and consoles.

Not only that, Arc System Works and Cygames also teased a few new characters. Vikala the rat Divine General will be out on 20th October and will cap off the Season 1 DLC Pass, while angel Sandalphon will be starting out the Season 2 DLC Pass. He has no release date, but will most likely be slated for 2025.
