Ex-Witcher 3 Veterans Tease January Game Reveal

Rebel Wolves, the Polish studio founded by The Witcher 3 alumni, is set to unveil its first project next month—and it’s shaping up to be an epic journey.

The game, The Blood of Dawnwalker, marks the beginning of the Dawnwalker saga, a dark fantasy narrative sandbox action RPG with a heavy emphasis on storytelling. Developed using Unreal Engine 5, the game will be available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, with Bandai Namco as its publisher.

Fans won’t have to wait long for a proper look. A 45-minute reveal event is scheduled for 14 January at 5:00 AM (GMT+8). This deep dive will introduce Vale Sangora, the game’s richly detailed medieval setting, along with its lore, story pillars, and even a sneak peek at gameplay.

The studio’s creative director, Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz, brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked on The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 during his nearly 13 years at CD Projekt Red. With such talent at the helm, expectations are sky-high.
