My Hero Academia Vigilantes Spinoff Anime Premieres In April 2025
Toho Animation has announced that My Hero Academia Vigilantes spinoff anime will premiere in April 2025.
My Hero Academia Vigilantes is written by Hideyuki Furuhashi with illustrations by Betten Court and original concept by Horikoshi. The manga began serialization in Jump GIGA in 2018 until it was later transferred to Shonen Jump+ the same year. The series came to an end in July 2022 with chapter 126 (Volume 15).
Narrative-wise, it is a prequel to the main My Hero Academia story.

Meanwhile, My Hero Academia Season 8 AKA My Hero Academia Final Season will premiere in fall 2025.
Following the end of the My Hero Academia manga in August 2024, Season 7 of the anime adaptation of Kohei Horikoshi’s manga have also recently ended its run on 12 October 2024. With the end of My Hero Academia Season 7, it was announced that My Hero Academia Final Season will premiere sometime in 2025.
My Hero Academia began in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump on 7 July 2014, and ran for over a decade, ending on 5 August 2024. The series has spawned seven anime seasons, three spin-off manga series, four anime original films, and four video games. A live-action Hollywood movie has also been announced with Shinsuke Sato directing for Legendary Entertainment.
