Sister Nazir Dies After Attempting To Transmute The Virus And Find The Cure

She also calls the eyes in the nightmare we’ve been seeing the whole season as the “monster of Arrakis” and “not human”. Could the eyes be that of the AI leader Omnius or the future God-Emperor Leto II Atreides? Hopefully, we will learn soon.
Sister Tula Knows That Desmond Hart Is Her Son And We Learn That The Bene Gesserit’s Thinking Machine Is Named Anirul

Sister Tula is going to seek out Desmond Hart.
Empress Natalya Uses Desmond Hart To Usurp The Emperor

Javicco Corrino is still the Emperor but now Empress Natalya has basically usurped the throne and is forcing the Emperor to follow whatever she says, with the support of Desmond Hart.
Mother Superior Valya Reveals To The Emperor How She Planned Everything For Him And That He Has No Power Without The Bene Gesserit

It’s a bad, bad day for the Emperor, he must be feeling like a sack of potatoes right now.

Valya Used The Voice To Force The Followers Of Dorothea To Kill Themselves

Lila, being controlled by Dorothea herself via the Abomination process (since Lila survived the Agony process physically but not mentally), reveals this bloody truth to several of the sisters in the Bene Gesserit.

Desmond Hart Gets Stabbed By A Soldier (Who Is Actually Sister Theodosia In Disguise)

Desmond Hart survives, but Sister Theodosia gets captured.
Remember, Sister Theodosia, is revealed to be a Tleilaxu Face Dancer. In the Dune universe, they’re a sterile race of metamorphic transhumans engineered by the Bene Tleilax. Born from axlotl tanks and unable to breed on their own, they can morph and transform their bodies, just like Mystique from Marvel Comics, making them useful for spying and conspiracies.
The Emperor Tries To Kill Himself

Discovering that he has no control over anything, the Emperor stabs himself.
Both the Emperor and Sister Francesca die (she gets stabbed from behind by Empress Natalya).

Mother Dorothea (While In Control Of Lila) Calls On The Bene Gesserit To Follow Her

It’s going to be a civil war within the Bene Gesserit.
Dorothea also seemingly destroys the Anirul thinking machine.
Tula Gave Away Desmond Hart As A Baby Because She Doesn’t Want Him To Be Controlled By Valya Or Anyone Else

It’s tragic.
The Only Way To Cure The Machine Virus Is To Overcome Your Fear

Mother Superior Valya gets infected with the virus, but Tula tells her to fight the virus by letting go of her fears. This is because the virus attacks the fear centre of the brain.
It’s Revealed That The ‘Eyes’ Belong To A Thinking Machine

A Thinking Machine was the one who genetically modified Desmond Hart’s eye with the fear virus.
The glowing blue eyes belong to a thinking machine.

But it also seems like there’s a humanoid figure behind it all.
Is That Erasmus Behind It All?

Who is Erasmus?
Erasmus was an independent and somewhat eccentric independent robot that served under the AI and Thinking Machine leader Omnius prior to and during the Butlerian Jihad. Erasmus took his name from the ancient Earth scholar Desiderius Erasmus. Erasmus was a critical figure in the initiation and development of the Butlerian Jihad. Later, during the Second Synchronized Empire, Erasmus became a major force guiding events leading up to, and during, the Kralizec, the great struggle at the end of the age.

Tula Can Now Use The Voice
Oh, and Tula becomes the second person to be able to use the Voice.

She uses the Voice to stop Valya from killing Desmond Hart.
Valya escapes to the ‘shadows’ and Tula reunites with her son, Desmond Hart. However, Desmond tells the soldiers to arrest Tula.
Valya, Princess Ynez And Keiran Atreides Go To Arrakis

The episode ends with them reaching Arrakis.
There you have it, folks. Dune Prophecy is already officially renewed for a second season, so we’ll be here for Dune Prophecy Season 2 when it eventually arrives.
Until then, excelsior!
