Street Fighter 6 Will Get Elena DLC This June

Capcom has announced the release date of its final Season 2 DLC character for Street Fighter 6.

The 2D fighting game will add Elena (of Street Fighter 3: Third Strike) on 5th June alongside the launch of the game’s Nintendo Switch 2 version and Years 1-2 Fighters Edition, according to Capcom. If you’ve seen her fight in Ultra Street Fighter IV, she’ll no doubt fight the same way except in SF6’s engine and with the appropriate balance changes. She is notorious back in the tournament days of USFIV for being a top tier character with healing and the best footsie tools out there.

“With nature and wildlife at her side, Elena dances into Street Fighter 6 on June 5, the same day the Years 1-2 Fighters Edition arrives!

Elena can be purchased individually with Fighter Coins and the owners of the Year 2 Character Pass / Ultimate Pass will automatically get access to Elena when she releases.

Please note that depending on the timezone you reside in, Elena may release the day before on June 4 following server maintenance.”
