This Roguelike Is This Gaming Generation’s First Clean-Em-Up Title
Time to get clean with this new roguelike title.
New game studio Odd Object, founded by the makers and animators of Catacomb Kids and Cadence of Hyrule years back, has announced a new roguelike clean-em-up called Scrubbin’ Trubble for PC (Steam).
Crush grime-ridden enemies on your own or in cooperative play for up to four players in this turn-based game inspired by the look and feel of action RPGs and hack-and-slash brawlers, where the cleaning and fighting seem to never end!
It’s tile-based (you ARE cleaning them), full of grime you need to kill off, and looks cheery and unique enough to stand out from the dozens of roguelites and roguelikes we’ve been seeing in the indie space for the past year or so. Plus, your heroes have puntastic names like Washbuckler, Bubbladin, and Frothbarian.
