Out here in the wild wild digital realm, there are some nasty bugs and vulnerabilities that need to be revealed and put down. If you’re interested in making a significant amount of money, then you might want to take a look at what Microsoft is offering, pardner.
Microsoft is currently working a new Edge browser that’s based on Chromium and they need your help to spot new problems that are unique to Edge-Chromium. The Beta Channel build of the browser can be downloaded for free here.
Submit a report that meets Microsoft’s criteria and you’ll be eligible to receive rewards ranging from US$1,000 to US$30,000. No, I didn’t put in an extra zero there, you can actually get thirty thousand dollars for reporting bugs. Of course, you’d need to spot a really problematic one to get that kind of reward.
You can read all the instructions, criteria, reward structures, and more information here.
