Hideo Kojima Announces Death Stranding World Tour

To the surprise of every Kojima fan, Kojima Productions has announced a Death Stranding World Tour, or Death Stranding World Strand Tour 2019. It will begin with Paris, France, on 30 October 2019, before heading to the following cities/countries:

  • London, England
  • Berlin, Germany
  • New York, USA
  • San Francisco, USA
  • Tokyo, Japan
  • Osaka, Japan
  • Singapore
  • Taipei, Taiwan
  • Seoul, South Korea

No details have been revealed about what exactly the Death Stranding World Tour will entail, though they will probably be announced in the next few weeks leading to the first event in Paris, France. Hideo Kojima himself will be attending all of these events, with the purpose of “connecting with all the fans”.

It’s interesting that Kojima chose Singapore as one of the Death Stranding World Tour destinations. It’s the only Southeast Asian country on the list. Considering that the SEA region has a pretty significant population of Kojima fans, it’s great to see that they apparently recognise that.

Stay tuned on Kakuchopurei to find out more about what the Death Stranding World Tour will bring to Singapore, and the other countries as well. Death Stranding is slated to release exclusively for the PS4 on 8 November 2019.
