Fans of the franchise can now relive some of the most epic moments in Azeroth’s history with Warcraft 3: Reforged, a detailed reimagining of Blizzard’s classic RTS game. Combining the original Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos and its expansion The Frozen Throne, Warcraft 3: Reforged provides a new way of experiencing an important period in the Warcraft saga.

The Warcraft 3 story in Reforged includes over 60 missions to experience from the perspective of four different factions; the mighty Orcs, the noble Humans, the ancient Night Elves, and the insidious Undead.

Players will also witness key moments in Azeroth’s long history, from the Burning Legion’s invasion to the ascension of the Lich King, and learn the origins of iconic Warcraft characters like Thrall, Jaina Proudmoore, Sylvanas Windrunner, Illidan Stormrage, and others.

Here is a list of all the additions and upgrades in Warcraft 3: Reforged:

• Complete Graphical Overhaul: Warcraft 3: Reforged brings the original game into the modern era with fully overhauled characters, structures, environments, animations, and graphical effects.
• Multiplayer Between Versions: Players will be able to do battle with anyone who plays Warcraft III, regardless of whether they’re playing the original or Reforged.
• Higher-Fidelity Audio: Warcraft 3’s audio has been remastered and improved for Reforged, including the game’s original voice-over recordings.
• Rebuilt World Editor: Reforged features an all-new World Editor designed to empower the game’s longstanding creator community to reach new heights, with hundreds of new triggers, LUA scripting support, new tools for importing models, and more enhancements planned for the future.
• Full Battle.net Implementation: Players will enjoy the full suite of Battle.net features to bolster their Warcraft 3 experience, including text and voice chat, groups, and seamless installation and patching.

Players can purchase Warcraft 3: Reforged digitally from the Blizzard Shop. The standard edition is available for US$29.99 (or roughly RM122+).

Meanwhile, the Spoils of War Edition goes for US$39.99 (or roughly RM163+), which comes with unique hero skins for Arthas, Cenarius, Jaina, and Thrall, as well as a host of in-game bonuses for other Blizzard games, such as the gruesome Meat Wagon mount for World of Warcraft, the Third War card-back for Hearthstone, the Mal’ganis pet for Diablo 3, and more.
