Did Birds Of Prey Just Get A Name Change?
Despite receiving positive reviews from critics (but not from me here at KKP), Birds Of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn) has suffered from a dismal and disappointing box office performance so far. Perhaps that’s why Warner Bros has reportedly changed its title.
The studio has apparently changed the ridiculous-sounding Birds Of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn) into something less misleading and more reflective of the final product:
Harley Quinn: Birds Of Prey
While Warner Bros has yet to confirm if this is true, major cinema chains in the US like AMC and Regal are now using the new title instead of the old one. According to sources from ScreenRant, these cinema chains were “mandated” to change the title of the movie.

I have previously pointed out that misleading marketing is likely the reason why the Birds Of Prey movie is currently performing so terribly. As I pointed out in my review, the actual Birds Of Prey members play second fiddle to Harley Quinn in their own movie, disrespecting the source material in the process.
