Red Dead Online Players Are Getting Attacked By Spooky Skeleton
By Alleef Ashaari|February 11, 2020|0 Comment
Remember when games had unexplainable urban legends and scary stuff like the ghost car or bigfoot in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas? Now Red Dead Online players are experiencing an undead nightmare (Red Dead Redemption reference right there) of their own, thanks to some pesky hackers.
Multiple users on Reddit have reported getting attacked and ambushed by bizarre two-headed skeletons. According to them, these spooky skeletons blinks into existence out of nowhere (probably the void where dead games go to die) and attempt to immediately pursue down players relentlessly before pounding them with punches.
These skeletons also seem to be invulnerable to any weapon but the majority of reports have come from the PC version of the game, making it even more likely that the skeletons are the work of hackers.
The 3D model for the two-headed skeleton actually already exists in the game. Players may have encountered the remains of a carnival’s star attraction, apparently the victim of a tragic accident, located in Beecher’s Hope during their single-player campaign.
Rockstar Games will probably do something to fix this soon, but for now, players can enjoy an urban legend come to life in Red Dead Online. It also looks like someone made a mod of the two-headed skeleton not too long ago. Hmm…
