Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 Delayed To June

If you were looking forward to the next season of Fortnite Chapter 2, it looks like you’ll have to wait.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 has been delayed to 4 June 2020, Epic Games revealed in a blog post earlier today. As such, Chapter 2 Season 2 will continue to go on beyond its initial 30 April 2020 end date.

There’ll still be new content to look forward to in the battle royale though. Epic wrote:

“There’s lots of content coming in the current Season.

We have multiple game updates on the way that will deliver fresh gameplay, new Challenges, bonus XP, and a couple more surprises up our sleeve!”

The trailer for Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 (what a mouthful, eh?) showed up back in February, giving us a fun look at its spy theme and, er, banana skin. Now that Chapter 2 Season 3 has been pushed back, we’ll have to wait a little longer to see what it offers and whether it can top the sight of a banana onesie.
